SPONSORS PAYMENTS

Please kindly note that we appreciate your willingness to Sponsor the SAAEA 2019 Conference. In order to deposit the money into the SAAEA 2019 Conference Account the following steps should be followed:

1. An accountable person from your Organisation or company must register in the Website as a delegate or Register all the delegates from your company who will be coming to the conference. (Remember all delegates must be registered)
2. Get a pro-forma invoice by going to payments link which will appear after you have registered for the conference. It is usually on the home page and can be found under the profile page. The pro-forma invoice will reflect the Bank details and the reference number to be used.
3. When the money is being deposited quote the number in the format SAE9999. The four nines show that it is four digits. Do not use SAE9999 use the reference number in the pro-forma.

4. In the narration show a breakdown of your payment.

5. Email proof of payment (POP) to saaeaconference@bec.co.bw

Paying For a Group
1. All members in the group or organisation should register individually to the point where they get a pro forma Invoice.
2. Deposit the money using any one of the references from the members pro forma invoices.
3. Once you have deposited the money into the account which is specified in the pro forma invoice, email the proof of payment with a list of pro forma references for individuals paid for.
4.Botswana Examinations Council on behalf of SAAEA 2019 will confirm the payment. Note that all the group members will individually receive an email notification as confirmation of funds.
